I have the same problem with 13.1.0.172 and OS X 10.15.5. I wish I knew HOW to raise this issue with support!

You can use the “Submit a Request “ button at the top of the page if you’re signed in.

In the Capture One web site find a Search options and type in

    "how to request support"

The search should return a number of articles, some official guidance from the FAQ part of the support site, others posts in the forum.

At or near the top of the FAQ is is likely to be this article:

    https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360006071497-Things-you-should-know-before-submitting-a-request-to-Customer-Technical-Support

At the time of writing this is a rather comprehensive guide to how to gather information the relates to your problem and provide it to the appropriate C1 support source.

This should result in personal attention and a track of activity and communications related to it.

    HTH.

    Good Morning everyone,

I have just downloaded version 13.1.1 and the error with the Advanced Colour Edits resetting has been corrected according to the release notes, along with numerous other fixes.

I have tested 13.1.1 on my images and can no longer manage to create the error, so it seems fixed to me.

    John
