Canon 70-200 f/4L IS USM II lens support

The title says it all: I have waited patiently in the hope that you would include lens support for the Canon 70-200 f/4L IS USM II lens, introduced about TWO years ago. So far, nothing has happened.

I can't be the only Capture One user using this lens!
