Canon Mark II 5D not tethering

and worse, I'm using CaptureOne 11.3.2

I'm not a pro user anymore, my Canon used to tether.

I've removed the card

I've plugged and replugged

I've booted and rebooted

Mac OS 10.15.2

Anyone?  TIA
