How to unlock an scanned tiff?

I scanned several tiff photos at the same time using the same settings but one photo remains locked. I can't understand why, it doesn't seem like I did anything different with that one photo. Unfortunately C1 doesn't help me out by telling me what is wrong. Can someone help me unlock it?

    Two common issues

    1) the image is too small.  An image must be at least 512 pixels on the shortest dimension.

    2) the image is grayscale.   Capture one requires a color profile, even for B&W images.

    I use Affinity photo to re-export grayscale images as RGB/16 tiff files so capture one can process them.
