Hi,

I previously registered a trial with a different email than I normally use which means that I still get a lot of promotional material from PhaseOne urging me to purchase the product even though I have. This is my own "fault" I can just unsubscribe from the mailing list.

However I am a bit sad to see how PhaseOne tries to attract new customer with all sorts of offers while the rest of us on a subscription gets "nothing".

I just bought a yearly subscription i February or March and now new customers get a year off free SmugMug but not existing customers. This has also been the case with several Style Pack offers.

So dear PhaseOne please think about how you treat your existing customers.

    Just interested but why subscribe? Capture One always say subscription is for businesses. They don't stop anyone subscribing but??

    Fred,

    Would you renew the paid for subscription to SmugMug at the end of the free year?

    If not, how would you use it just for the year you would have it available?

    What would you do after the year ended?

    Amusingly enough, I got the e-mail and I haven't bought anything from Phase One, or Capture One in over a year.

    Like everyone else though, the link goes nowhere.
