Trying the new version and nothing works

I DL the new Nikon version to try and installed it. It wiped out my other version and will not let me turn it on it has errors when entering in the key.

So now I have no version that works.

I uninstalled it all and re-installed and the key will still not work to turn it on.

So dead in the water here now.

  So if you already had a version, why have you gone for the Nikon version? It will be the same as the Pro version except limited to files from Nikon cameras. (Or if you have gone to the Nikon Express version, it will have reduced features.) All the features of the Nikon version are available in the Pro version plus support of multiple camera brands.

  which version did you already have?

  Go to your account page at Capture One and download the Nikon version from there. Foe reference this is also where you control your product activation's.

  I was running a trial version I shoot all Nikon so I DL the Nikon trial. That I could not got working.

  I went ahead and paid for the full Nikon version and that key is working I have it all working now.

  I was wanting to try the trial to see if it would load in my DNG files. Now that I have the paid version I can confirm I can load in all my DNG files no problem.

  I have been changing my Nikon Z6 raw files into DNG to use them in my older version of Lightroom. So everything I had shot is changed to DNG. 

  Now this will save some time with no more DNG conversion needed.
