Photos not visible in user collection

I have created user collections in my Capture One library. One such collection has around 300 photos, however when I click on that collection I only see 28 photos. Besides, the options like "locate" and "show in explorer" are all greyed out.

    Maybe you have a filter by star or color rating turned on. Turn them all off to see everything. I had this happen maybe that is what you are dealing with to.
