missing black and white tool tab in latest update 20.13.1.0

When I go to add the black and white tool tab at the tool tabs bar, the black and white tool tab is no longer on the list of available tool tabs.  Has anyone else noticed this?

(Also the Quick Tool Tab is missing as well).

    Yes the B&W tab is gone and the B&W tool is in the Color tab.
    Looks like you will have to re-build your own custom B&W tab.

    Right click the tool tabs, choose Add Tool Tab>Black and White.

    Still available, but possibly not turned on by default.

    What you are saying is not consistent with my experience.  I have installed the latest version (20.13.1.0) on two different windows 10 machines.  There is no black & white tool tab on the list of available tool tabs.

    Strange. Here's what I get. Also on latest Capture One update, though admittedly on a Mac.
