Export problem

Hello

Im new to capture one and really love it. 

With my last export i ran into a problem with one of my pictures. It has really low quality and the picture gets glitchy in the highlights.In capture one before export it looks good. This has not been an issu before and all other pictures are all good. Help?

    Just to confirm - are you using Export or Output Recipes?

    If Export - Originals or Variants??

    What are Export settings set to
