C1 Express for Nikon (SOLVED)

Moved from another similar programme, but still use my trusty PS Elements 5, so editing etc seems fairly straight forward.

However importing/exporting seems to be a real problem for me. Have viewed some You Tube videos and none actually match the interface.

Is there one that does or are the videos generic to 'Capture One' leaving one or two steps unclear in Express?

Failing this do I have to uninstall then reinstall to clear the decks?....seems quite drastic!!

PS. I have just read in another post that Express only has one catalogue so will play a bit more!
