Previous requests to technicl support?
Previous to the update to the Capture One website I could log in and see my previous requests to technical support; I can't see that now.
Unless you know different?

I agree, there seems to be no listing of past support requests or any way to review them.
I was hoping to read what I did to get around the issue I was having.

As far as I am aware retrieving anything from the old Phase One system would require registration as a Phase User of some sort.
For Support Cases dealt with though the new Capture One support forum (ZenDesk based) if one is logged in to one's account the history of "Requests" is available as it was before but only back to around Dec 2019.
I would be delighted if someone could tell me I am wrong about that. and that the older cases are available.
The only other option I can think of would be if people have kept any email exchanges from the older system.
