The newest Capture One update officially supported Catalina 10.15.4 for the first time. Before that, some users were reporting that they got on fine with 10.15.4 and the earlier release of Capture One. But there is no guarantee that the same would happen again with 10.15.5. Good practice would be to wait for official support by Capture One (and any other apps that are important to you) unless you have a compelling need to upgrade to 10.15.5 straight away.

It's only been two days, so you might not get a very reliable sample of answers from early adopters of 10.15.5 yet.

    Thanks Ian.

I am indeed inclined to wait but was curious to know if anybody had taken the plunge :)

    I'm running 10.15.5 and CaptureOne 13.1.0.172

    No issues so far

Well?   How about "no worse than with 10.15.4"   ;)

    LOL Marco

I would say this is more correct.

All the bugs of C1 13.1.0.172 are still there.

Have all of you ever considered changing to PC?

At least that way you will know that the latest OS update should never be installed and will likely be withdrawn within a day or so once the target for number of catastrophic problems for users has been reached!

    ;)
