Having used the multiple healing too. Export Jpeg file worked OK

The next day export the same without changes, the layers are still there but no result in overall view in C1

Tcking the layer on and off does not impact the image result. The Basic layer without changes stays visible.

Having worked on several images some do not export,.

Erratic behavior in export as well as in multiple healing layer result, Visible layer but no result.

Same here. Color balance, Masks and color edits are without result the other day. Hard to work with such bugs 😡

I’ve downgraded to 13.0 for now, wait till the beta testing in done before updating. Lesson learnt don’t jump straight unto early releases.

After the latest update, in Mac, I have had issues with the Skin Tone tool. After making a new layer for my skin tones and using the Skin Tone tool for my adjustments, if I click out of the layer, e.g. to the background, and then go back to the layer, all my settings disappear! I have files a claim with CO, but not reply yet...

It took approx. 8-9 hours to CO support team for answering on my request. They asked me to send them logs and short video showing the bug. I sent them everything on May 22. No reply since then...

I think they have a lot of the same requests and hope they are in the progress of fixing this problem. Fingers crossed...

I enabled the Black & White box for some monochrome editing. Now even with the box unselected all my imports are monochrome including new ones.  When I re-open Capture One 20 on Mac the B&W square has selected itself.  Unselecting B&W does nothing.  Having difficulty with a fresh install, for Mac OSX 14 the instructions are less than clear from Step 4 onwards.  Hating life.
