Previews are blurred CPU running at 200+%
Just installed Capture One 20 on my Mac Pro late 2013 6 core with 64 GB ram D700. My entire session has pixellated previews making it impossible for me to work and Capture One runs at 200+ % CPU.
I can hear it accessing my external drive containing my session but no info in the activity viewer.
In Activity Monitor I'm getting read speeds of about 3MB/s so something is happening.
Has anyone experienced this? Tried reinstalling to no avail. The session is verified OK.
About to loose my mind at this moment.

Seeing 'similar' issues, though it sounds as though the circumstances are slightly different...

Yes, also the newest version 20.13.1.0 renders M10 Monochrome files out of focus and generates errors when attempting to process them for output.

Hi Jonas,
Try to disable OpenCL hardware acceleration, at least for display.

Hi all. I would encourage you to make a support request if you are experiencing this problem - it's something we need to keep track of and report in-house.
If there's excessive CPU and/or RAM usage then please include a screenshot of your activity monitor along with a copy of your log files.
This is obviously something we're taking seriously and I hope we can address it in a future update.
If you have already created a support request, then I shall get round to you when I can, or another member of the support team will. They'll forward everything supplementing your support request onto R&D, as will I.
