I cannot tether with my Eos 5D Mk4 on new Capture One 20 and Mac OS 10. 15. 5.

I cannot be tethering with my camera.  Is it just not cover the OS yet or are there any other issues I have to deal with.  Please someone let me know about this.  Thank you.

    The Canon 5D Mark IV has been supported since Capture One 9.3.0

    There are many variables as to why it may not work, tethering tools, secure connection pins, camera software update, or Capture One. Have you tried troubleshooting different combinations of possible liabilities?

    Possibly that Capture One doesn't yet support macOS 10.15.5. The release notes say only up to 10.15.4 is currently supported. I made a similar 'mistake' (if this is the same issue) when upgrading to C1 11, I upgraded to a release of the OS that wasn't officially supported by C1 and had issues tethering.

    There may well be other reasons as User4568 has mentioned.

    Thanks to User4568 and Simon Glenister.  I have looked up at troubleshooting column and tried some cameras too, but still I couldn't tether with my 5D mk4.  I'll just wait new update on Capture One 20.  Thanks again.
