Lab error 15

Upon update to CO20 13.5 Latest version as of May 26, 2020) The Lab readout beneath the tool bar disappeared. I took that as a an upgrade issue and moved CO to the trash and reinstalled the software. 

That brought back the Lab readout, but there was a now a warning icon next to the Lab. Some how I I received a screen error message stating:

"Some settings may affect the viewer (Error 15). Ambiguous PCS white point (255, 255, 255) is tinted. Please refer to L*A*B readouts documentation for detail"

!. How do I correct this issue?
