COP 13.1 "Undo" not working

    Edit -> Edit Keyboard Shortcuts

    Select the Default keyboard.   Verify that things like undo work.   Once you know all is OK create a new keyboard shortcut layout based upon the Default (hit the plus button) and make whatever changes you like.

    I found that the easiest way to make sure I'm using the current Capture One keys plus my preferred modifications.   Prior to doing that I found many keys didn't work using my old custom keyboard shortcuts and, yes, cmd-Z was one of the keys that didn't work.

    Is this right after C1 started (after  a few changes of course) or does it take a while before the Undo button becomes disabled?

    I have this under Windows even with the version 20.0, but it takes quite some time and many actions, so I cannot reproduce it easily.

    Do you use a Pen?

    It seems like I spoke too soon. The same issue keeps repeating itself

    I guess there is no solution to this?

    Anyone come up with a solution?  I suddenly find myself in the same situation the past day or two. Undo is not working. Shut down, reboot my macbook and no change. Undo is simply grayed out. Happens right at the start so it is not memory or CPU issue. I am guessing I somehow locked it out. Frustrating. If you have a solution, please post.  Thank you!

    Just posting a follow-up. I have no idea why, but after rebooting the program yet again, it is working. I did select an older workspace so maybe that did it. If it happens again and I can duplicate it, I will pass it along but it seems pretty random so far.

    It still happens for me and I am on the latest version. As soon as you start the app it works but then stops. It's quite frustrating when on major shoots and dealing with 150 images per shot, 20 shots on average...
