Convert from trial to purchased version

FirstName LastName

Have been using the trial version and decided to upgrade to the purchased version Nikon. New key generated. How do I activate? Do I have to redownload product? I am in the trial version and it gives message no license to upgrade.

    What do you see when you click on Capture One 20 -> License from the menu bar?  My *guess* is that you may have to deactivate the trial and then re-activate using the purchased key.   Again, that is only a guess.

    I think you are right Marco.

    Note that needing an activation key for a trial was a new requirement for V20 and that key, of course, has no logical upgrade path of its own.

    So de-activate and re-activate (no new download and installation required) with the newly issued key would be logical.
