New clone/heal brush not working properly

    Have you got the red mask showing? If you use the heal tool, or the clone tool, and have the mask showing, it won't display the object you are removing as gone until you hide the mask. As I understand it, this is by design, so that you can see where you need to be drawing the mask. See this video https://youtu.be/LSnXNHUqYB0 by Paul Reiffer from 18 May at about the 10:00 minute mark for a demonstration of this.

    If you don't have the mask showing, have you checked the opacity of the healing or cloning brush? You'd expect to use it at 100% flow and opacity for healing and cloning, but it's worth checking.

    If neither of those is the reason, I think you need to submit a support case.

    Brilliant! I was struggling with exactly this problem - I only got C1 last week! M to show mask and M to show healing - ace!
