Large Level change when enabling clone or heal layer
When editing a jpeg, adding a clone or heal layer increases brightness enormously on the viewer. I dont see the increase on the navigator or focus widgets, nor on the levels, curves or histogram. It seems to be related to the high dynamic range values. If I alt-click that widget reset, the values are reset and the image is back to "normal", minus the hdr values I had programmed. In the specific image I am looking at, the highlight, shadow, white and black values are -30, 39, 0, 0. If I reset the values before enabling the layer, no change is visble, but the hdr values are obviously gone. I used the old (pre.13.1)) heal and clone functionality without issue on similar jpegs. I dont see the problem with nikon .nef files
I like the new heal function, it saved me many many layers removing mortar joints from a background behind a complicated flower. BUT. There should be a way to force a new origin when the system chooses to continue with the current one. Stopping the draw mask (pen up) does not do this (thereby placing foliage on top of a powerline in the sky, for example, like power lines dipping into the tree line.
13.1.0.162, win10 pro, capture one pro. Images initially added approx 7/1/19, using whatever was release at the time. Engine currently shows Capture One 20
