No Response to Help Request
I submitted a help request about printing for Capture One installed from CaptureOne20.Win.13.1.0.exe on 20 May 2020 and received the following automatic reply:
> Your request (37736) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
I have yet to receive any other communication from the Capture One support staff. Please help.

Try signing into your C1 account. Go to My Activities - My Requests (account icon top right).
Click on your case if it is listed and there should be a text box to send them a further comment.

Thanks. I found the request and its status is "open". I'll send a message there.
