Wrong import date on videos

I'm trying to import videos and photos based on -Image Year (yyyy) - Image Month (MM) - Image Day of Month (dd) format on my Mac.  The images get imported into the correct folder, but the videos end up going into current day folder based on the above specified structure.  Further, the image creation timestamps get changed to the import date.  Are my configurations wrong?  Is there a workaround for this to get both the photos and videos imported into the creation date folders?

    I have same issue, did you ever get an answer.   Very weird.  Is there a reason they cannot import both photos and video into same folder.  is it exif data.   I am using Sony Camera and the Sony photo app did this correctly, however they stopped updating it for the new edge software which is really dreadful.   The import to date great when you have pictures and videos from multiple days.  you get 20 folders of images and 1 folder of videos.  Shocked this not fixed.   I guess when companies push any support to forums that happens.  Shocked no one from Capture 1 responded.
