Could you please stop to have to log in every time ?? (often even twice)

Same problem here. I always have to login twice if I want to post.

More generally, would it be possible to have a REAL forum ? A forum where we can quote other posts, see user profiles, etc. You know ? A forum run by a real forum software.

    Hi Pavel,

    Which one ?

    > Mozilla Firefox 77.0.1 for Windows.

This is the one I'm using and indeed, the problem now appears to be fixed. It was not when I uploaded my first post in this thread a few hours ago. I'll have to check this again.

The problem is back this morning after the system rebooted. Obviously, the login cookies do not stick.

    > "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed"

    This option is not checked.

I'll check what happens with other browsers.

I have tried with Chrome and Edge. No problem.

With Firefox, it seems that the login is invalidated "after a while". If I exit Firefox, reboot the system immediately and try again, I'm still logged in. But "after a while" exiting Firefox logs me off from the C1 forum.

I have apparently solved the problem under Firefox :

    1.  I cleared the cache.

    2. I deleted all capture one cookies.

    3. In Privacy & Security, I set the Enhanced Tracking Protection to Standard (this alone was not enough). It was previously set to Custom (all options checked except Cookies).

    4. I logged in to the forum, exited Firefox and rebooted the system.

Now I logged in automatically to the forum whatever I did before. This is the first forum where I had to modify such options in order to login automatically. But well, this is also the first forum where I can't quote previous posts, where I can't mark all posts as read, where reading posts is so hard (can you differentiate bold from normal), where I can't add a signature, etc.

    A very unique forum, indeed.

    Hi Pavel,

This morning, I had to login again too in Firefox, in Chrome and also in Edge. So, I'm back to the idea of a time out in the forum software.

Problem still there. I always have to login twice before being able to post a message.
