Yes. I am seeing this also. On Capture one 13.1. On 2 different Windows workstations each with Quadro P2000 card. Doesn't matter what software you open the file with. PS CS6. PS 2020. Line is there. But you don't see the line when the file is in Capture One, only see it after export. Real pain as it has rendered Capture One useless for me for the time being, or at least difficult to use as I have to go and remove the line from every image.

I did uninstall and reinstall graphic driver from Nvidia. Line goes away after the first 1 or 2 exports from Capture One, but then, the line comes back. My files are Pixel Shift files from Sony A7RIII, that I converted to DNG with PixelShift2DNG, as that's all I've ever used. Haven't tested with any other files. Really would like to see a fix for this ASAP.

I saw elsewhere someone recommended disabling hardware acceleration. I disabled hardware acceleration, and that seems to have eliminated the issue for me.

So when I updated the graphics driver, I probably got an export or 2 done that did not show the issue, because it takes hardware acceleration a few minutes to start up. So that may explain why uninstalling / reinstalling graphic driver got a couple of good results.

Disable hardware acceleration and see if that solves it for you as well.

Hi Robert, and all - an update:

I got a nice message from C1 support suggesting I try rebuilding the OpenCL kernels and / or rolling back my gfx driver - neither of which worked. Still, kudos to them for getting back to me with practical suggestions quite quickly.

They also suggested disabling OpenCL - and also restarting C1 afterwards, which commits the change. I hadn't realised that that was necessary, as I'd tried disabling OpenCL before and was still getting the line.

Anyway, that did indeed fix it. Of course, that's not at all ideal as C1 runs much more slowly for me without GPU acceleration.

It appears that I can, however, do my edits with OpenCL on, then turn it off, restart, and do my exports and they come out clean. (I've only tested this on a couple of images so far, however, so I'm not 100% confident).

This does seem to be a problem that they are aware of so hopefully a fix will be coming along soon...

I hadn't previously been grateful for losing all my business thanks to Covid but I guess not currently having clients clamouring for finished edits is now an odd kind of boon!
