  I don't know the answer to this issue, but 

  (1) the feature requests sub-forum may not be the best place for this - try the Capture One for Mac sub-forum

  (2) as far as I know Capture One have not said that they support MacOS 10.15.5 yet. That may have nothing to do with it, but I am holding off on 10.15.5 for now just in case.
