Smugmug offer not received
I have made the purchase of capture one pro on 01 June 2020, with in the offer period, but I have not received any email or link to activate the offer. I'm unable to get in touch with the support team. Could someone help me out? Thanks :)

You normally activate the discount at the time of paying by pasting the discount code.

I have not received any discount code even. How do I activate Smugmug premium for a year which was promised during my purchase of capture one pro?
