Unable to log into server
Trying to open Capture one Express ( Sony) tried several time after Downloading to start program but each time I get " Unable to connect to Server".
Tried several times and even uninstalled and re installed using different email address and same problem.
System is Windows 10 64 bit and all updates are current.
I am UK based.

I have the same issue, also UK based, previously working software, deactivated the firewall and no change.
The activation window allows me to pull my profile in, but then states the software could not be activated because the license code is invalid. Running the diagnostics, the code passes all 6 tests.Pinging the activation server results in time-outs, so it seems the activation servers may have been down for a few days, preventing the software being used in the meantime.

I'm having the same problem after updating the software. It won't accept my access code which still has two more activation allowed.

Check that your hosts file doesn't have any redirects to local addresses for activation.phaseone.com
