I have a properly purchased license. I downloaded a new version of capture one and at first I couldn't import photos - now a license window ran out for me. You have a real mess of it.

    This forum is for users, we cannot help you. Capture One Staff sometimes monitor.

    I had a license issue, opened a support ticket and they fixed it within two days.
