New update running slow

Hello, I updated my Capture one 18 June 2020 and suddenly it is running very slow and non of my previews are displaying sharp. Whenever I try to do something I get the rainbow wheel of doom. Suggestions on how to fix this, please?

  Since the new version my 27" Mac 5K is running c1 so slow yet when I open the previous version with the same catalogue its fine. I tested the heal and clone brushes and from the time I drew a line to the time the red mask appeared and the correction was made it took to the slow count of 6!!. So thankfully I kept the previous and will not be using this update. C1 has some issues me thinks

  13.1.1 runs at the same nice speed with me.

  I have the exact same problem. Before the latest update everything was fine, now it's cripplingly slow. Has anyone received any info on this? I wish I kept the previous version now.

  I dumped the upgrade and kept using the previous version
