Canon colors from Nikon raw files

Is there a way to get Canon colors from Nikon raw files (or Nikon colors from Canon raw files)?

Let's say you'd want to harmonize colors for a series of images which had been shot with Canon as well as Nikon cameras. Or a customer says he prefers the colors from Canon (or Nikon).
