CaptureOne SessionPersistency Error Help

Hi

Can anyone help me to cure the following startup error.

I start C1 and get this message "CaptureOne SessionPersistency" followed by "Session database could not be read. Error". If I carry on I can edit files no problem. If I the import from a card reader the whole thing crashes.

I have been using C1 ver 4 since it was launched with no problem.

  Hmm, no idea. But just checking: are you logged on to your computer with an account with Administrator privileges? Is there any information in the Application Eventlog (you might not be familiar with eventlogs).

  Error message reads

  at P1.C1.Core.collectionBase'1.Additem(T item)
  at System.Collections.ObjectModel.Collection'1Add(t item)
  at P1.C1.Components.Session.persistancy.SelectSession(Session s)
  
  Complete double Dutch to me but you may understand it better.

  -Close CO4
  -Delete this file: MyPictures\\Capture One Library\\capture one.col
  -Restart CO4

  Some how the session management file became corrupted or garnered incorrect permissions.
