Im trying to use the voucher code emailed to me today for the upgrade discount and its saying not valid. Anyone at Phase able to help?

phase one emailed me the code

How do I contact phase one I can't find any email address for them.

If you go to the Phase One website, and then Support, further down the page there is a button for contact support. There is s drop-down list where you can choose between things like Technical Support, Purchasing Assistance, and more.
