    The best way to make a feature request is to raise a Support Case with the description of what you would like.

    That way Phase are able to register the suggestion in their systems, assess how popular such an idea seems to be and decide where it should best fit into a development plan.

    As a personal observation ...

    I rarely choose to hide the browser although I will quite frequently use a full size viewer window overlaying the currently selected workspace.

    Should I decide to eliminate the browser view toggling it on and off works well enough for my needs. Or using a workspace that excludes the browser view.

    That said I am no great fan of Auto Hide in Windows - too often the Windows implementation of auto-hiding its own features seems to become stuck on "no popup" or "permanent on" mode for no immediately apparent reason (though no doubt there is a reason most times, just not immediately obvious at the point of annoyance).

    So if such a feature is introduced I would make an assumption that is would likely be subject to the same sort of fragilities offered by the current version of Windows deployed (assuming Mac does something different.) In which case a clear cut option to turn an Auto-Hide facility OFF would, in my opinion, be a requirement.

    "Browser view modes
    There are several Image Browser viewing options to help you get the best user experience as follows:
    ...
    Select View>Browser Auto Mode to hide the Browser from view until you move your curser to the *bottom of the page where it will automatically pop up. When you move the curser away the Browser will disappear from view. Once selected, this option will change to Browser Manual Mode.
    ..."

    I mentioned to tech support in may 2013 that this is not available under Windows.
