Switching from free trial to paid version

FirstName LastName

I downloaded Capture One and was using the free trial but now I decided to purchase the full license for it. How do I switch over to the paid version that I got? Do I have to wait for the free trial to end?

    You can deactivate the trial from within C1.  Go to the 'Capture One 20-> License...' menu option and choose the Deactivate button.  The license will be deactivated and C1 will close.  Reopen C1 and you will be prompted to enter your new activation key that you received upon purchasing the full license.  I believe you can also perform these tasks directly from the C1 web site but I have no experience with that method.

    Having the same problem. Deactivate grays out after I select it.
