Detached Histogram

The histogram has somehow become detached from the Tool tab and now sits in it's own window in the upper left corner as well as in the tool palette. I can't get rid of it- have tried ctrl click, renew prefs... any other ideas?

    You can try dragging it into place, by dragging it by the title bar. Alternatively, you can reset the workspace: Window -> Workspace -> Default

    Couldn't drag it as it seemed to have gone up beyond the menu bar. However, Workspace/Defaults fixed it, thanks very much!
