metadata carrying over from first frame

I have catalogs shoots I work on where the client needs metadata added to the files. For example each image needs sku #'s and clothing description added to the metadata. I cannot find an easy way in C1P to do this. I know I can make a template which I do use for photographer info. What I want to be able to do is before a shot starts - fill out the metadata for the shot like in the first frame (sku's etc) and have it carry over to each following frame. I cannot get C1P to do this. Of course image adjustments carry over from the last file but I cannot find a way to do the same for metadata. I have to go through and complete the metadata afterwards and it adds a lot of time to my day.

I sent this to support - anyone in the forum have similar issues or am I missing something?

    I agree. A few of the TV networks want extensive meta data, and being able to save several versions and apply to the first one would save time after the shoot.
