Adding a single keyword to multiple images
I have a few hundred images that I have already had multiple keywords (most of them different keyword) added to them.
I now wish to add a keyword to all of these images.
How can I add a single keyword to multiple images without affecting the ones that are already there?

Add the keyword to one image.
In the Library Tab open up the Keywords Tool (Or simply add a floating Keywords Tool to your Workspace.)
Your existing keywords should be listed there, including the one just added.
Select all the images to which you wish to add the Keyword.
Drag the selection over to that keyword and release.
The Keyword will be added to all of the images. You should see the count change from 1 to however many images you selected.
HTH.

ETA: You can also just open the Keyword tool (e.g. in the Metadata tab or as a floating tool), add the word you want to use and then drag your selections to it as before.) It's the same process but a slightly different starting point if you prefer its logic.)0 -
Grant,
Thank you so much for that information, it was very precise and so helpful... 😊0
