It was a separate Photoshop plug-in in the CO3Pro-days. It returned as a tool in CO4.5 Pro or later and can be found in CO5.x Pro.

So, there's not moire tool for Capture One 4.1 then? Or do I need to get the PS plug-in? If so, do you know where I find the plug-in? Thanks for your help.

    Troy,
Moire is a PRO tool. Please upgrade to Capture One PRO if you would like this feature.

Well, now I"m a little confused. I was on version Capture One PRO 3.7.9, but then somehow went to Capture One 4.1.1. I'm not sure how I didn't get the PRO version. Can I upgrade easily?

Troy, as soon as you have sufficient OS X muscles, you can update/upgrade to CO 4.8.3 Pro with your CO3 Pro key (most if not all CO3 Pro keys have CO4 and even CO5 Pro upgrade capability).
The reason that you run 4.1 in a non-Pro fashion stems from the fact that CO 4 Pro came available later from 4.5 onwards.

Thanks for helping me understand the version progressions. So no new C1 for me till I buy a new computer. Dang. OK, thanks for the help again. Capture One is still my converter of choice.
    Best,
    Troy
