    Have you cleared your (Phase One) cookies lately? No, than now is the right time to do so!

    I agree with Paul E. Had a similar issue, and notified P1, and that is what they said. Once done, everything worked as it should.

    If you are using windows, it seems to be a problem using Firefox at the moment, I logged in in desperation with IE & everything worked fine, I guess just some sort of browser specific code glitch?

    I doubt. Have you deleted your cookies in that Firefox browser and tried again?
