old keywords from CO1v8 not removeable
I upgraded to v9 (at least trying it out), but in the keywords library, some old keywords from a catalogue created in v8 keep appearing. I have tried everything to get rid of them, creating a new catalogue (what a hassle!) which I hád to do, because CO1 would not save ány presets anymore, at least: it saved them, but on restart appeared to have deleted them again!!!
I even re-installed CO1, removing any and all CO1 related files. But as if these old keywords have nested themselves who knows where, they started re-appearing all over again. I cán now delete them, but guess what?: on every restart they all happily appear again, my goodness....
Where on earth are these keywords stored? In the raw files somehow? I did not put them there, and they don't show in the metadata. Does anyone have any clue how to permanently delete these old keywords. Is there a hidden file or something?

Found the answer. For anyone facing the same issue: I deleted the redundant keywords. Removed the images with which these were associated (the folders) from the catalogue. The removed all jpeg and tiff images from the folders, re-imported the raw files and the keywords did not re-appear. I then generated the jpeg and tiff images again. So somehow CO1 has written the keywords into the jpeg and tiff images, and can not remove them from images created with v8.
