Capture One won't load/start on 2017 Surface Pro
I've been going back and forth with support and the best that we've been able to come up with is that version 4.7 of .NET is incompatible with Capture One as discussed in . However, this computer shipped with version 4.7, and from what I've seen on Microsoft's support site it isn't possible to downgrade unless a prior version was installed on the machine.
Does anyone else have Capture One running on the new Surface Pro? I'm trying to figure out if I've changed a setting somewhere in the OS that's causing the issue, or if I need to request a refund.

Please create a tech support case via the link in my signature and we'll see what we can do to get your installation launch issue sorted out. 0 -
Thanks for the reply. But I created a support case a couple weeks ago and have reached the end of their capabilities to help. I was actually hoping that someone with a new Surface Pro would comment that Capture One was running fine on theirs and I could go back to troubleshooting. 0
