profile activation impossible to create support c.- solved

I tried to create an account at phaseone support to dreate a support case, cause I have the same problems to activate my license like in this thread:

I entered the email address and my password as well as the pincode. But I always am resent to the loginform ?

Sorry - fixed it as a browser problem. I missed to allow cookies after reinstallation.
