    You could try this:

Deactivate the DB status and run as CO Pro 7 (in trial mode if necessary). Should not be necessary but for trial-and-error troubleshooting.

Thanks Paul I did that and sure enough CO7 in full trial mode no problem it all works fine unfortunately when I revert to running as DB only problem resurrects itself and the files in some folders and test shots taken today are not recognised and I cannot process them.

OK Bill, this is what I expected based on other user's experiences. Are you on 7.0 or already on 7.0.1?

In case you use 7.0.1, please create a support case, otherwise update and see if 7.0.1 already solved the issue.

Hi Bill, I am not able to check it now, but you might want to look up in the release notes whether you need CO Pro for Aptus 22 files. The newer Aptus II series are supported in CO DB but for earlier versions I am not sure.

You will need the Pro version for Aptus 22 files, ☹️
