C1 Pro 3.7 problem...
I'm having a problem I've never encountered before.
Looking at 100 20d files in C1 Pro. About 25 files in the middle are showing as black/blank thumbnails with a black/blank larger image . They originally were there then turned black.
I cannot adjust WB or EXP for these files but I can add them to the batch and C1 will process them. I can also import and see all of the files in iView media so I know they are not corrupted.
What do I do to fix this problem?
Thanks for any help in advance...

Cregg,
The Thumbnails and Previews seem to have corrupted.
You can delete them from the Preview Cache and let them rebuilt new, or start a new Session with these RAWs and build fresh.
If delete > find image name from meta data window at bottom at Settings File
Ctrl + I will bring up window.
Thumbs are tagged .C1w and Previews .C1p

Hi Keith,
Thanks for the reply. I cleared the preview cache and now when I go to that folder there are 1gb of .work and .preview files there I don't see C1w or C1p. None match the file names at the bottom when I look at the corrupted files using ctrl I.
What do I do? I also redownloaded the card to a new folder but the same files are blank when looked at in C1. What do I do now? Should I just delete all the files that are left in the previews folder after I have cleared the cache?

Cregg,
You are using an older version of Capture One.
Most recent is 3.7.4 and this is a Free Update.
Suggest updating to most recent and your problems will likely go away.
Save RAW image files and then do a complete Uninstall of the program following Knowledge Base article:
http://www.phaseone.com/Content/Support ... nguageid=1
Then download most recent version and install:
