Lens Profile missing for Canon G1X Mk.II

Hello!
I am running Capture One Express 7.2.4 and think about getting new Canon G1X Mk.II.
I have noticed that though there is specific profile for that camera, there is no lens profile for it
(only for Canon G1X).
Is there any solution to this problem other than "update to 8.3" for $249?

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but In short, the answer is no.

    I would not expect Capture One Express v7 to be updated to include this camera profile. You may see bug fixes released for version 7 but it is highly unlikely that any further energy will be devoted to adding features or additions to version 7.

    If you do decide to upgrade however, you can use AMBMERWIN and you'll receive a 10% discount (works for upgrades and full license purchases).
