6.3.3 not rendering previews

We are having intermittent issues with previews in 6.3.3 not rendering previews totally. MacPro tower running 10.6.8. The previews are partially rendered but never come into clear "focus" C1pro hangs at this point and must be restarted. Shooting with a P45+ tethered.

    Does this only occur during tethered shooting or also after the shoot?

    We only shoot tethered in the studio and it is completely random. Typical is shoot, check/crop preview, process...It's a volume type of studio.

    On one machine, a new (11/2011) MacPro we backed down to 6.3.2 and that seemed to help. The MBP (10/2011) seems ok with 6.3.3. Both are on 10.6.8 Other than that no solutions.

    I suggest you contact your dealer or open a support case with Phase One and report the Mac Pro/6.3.3/preview issue.

    Spoke to the dealer and he said "I'm not sure" never seen it before.
