Crop not "releasing" fully
Not really sure how to describe it other than the crop will not fully release for me (2 of our 3 systems). When looking at a preview image, the crop is a small border along the edge so in order to make a crop you need to grab that edge, not drag a new crop (though I have discovered holding the shift key will allow this). These are upgrades from 9.x to 11 skipping 10.
Any idea on the setting we are missing on the two systems?
Thanks,
matt

Perhaps this is because Capture One is automatically applying some lens correction on import. Try going to the lens tab and dragging the distortion slider to zero. If the border you have mentioned disappears, then that is your reason. If you don't want Capture One to do that, then in the lens correction tool click the ... and select "Disable default lens correction", but note that this only applies to new imports and won't remove the correction from existing images.

Have you already compared the Crop Tab settings in Preferences?
When you say one system works and 2 do not - are those observations using the same file with the same previous edits (if any)?0 -
