camers settings in preff not there new v3.74

ok downloaded new software for mac osx tiger works great but went to camera settings in preferanc window and there is nothing there?cant set rotation or anything?anyone help?or have same problem.

    Yes I have the same problem with the Camera Setup window. If I move to a different preference window the Camera Setup window is blank when I come back to it. The only way to bring it back is to reboot the computer.
