I've had no issues with C1 10 pro until today. For some reason, it is no longer exporting. I've checked my file paths and recipes and they haven't changed. I tried to export with it set to open the image in another program (Silver Efex) and the program no longer opens, indicating that the image is not actually being exported. The export loading bar does appear when I click export, but it disappears much faster than it used to. What could be the problem? I have a deadline tomorrow and am a little panicky since I cannot export anything.

I think this happened to me the other day. Try the good old trick of turning hardware acceleration to 'Never' in the preferences.

I've had cases recently where I'd kick off and export and... nothing happens. I've also had C1 'hang' in an export that never completes. Restarting C1 seems to clear it.

In recent times (and using V9) and see messages on first export process selection after starting C1 that tell me the batch process is not running and would I like to start it?

I'm not sure why - the Win7 Pro I use is as originally installed plus all updates and V9 did not originally have this issue so I suspect that something has changed in Windows or in C1 V10 that has resulted in the change the Windows settings/registry that makes the process stop or fail to start and then (in your case) does not provide an on screen report of the problem. (Sometimes I do not get a message).

Re-start C1 works. There may be another way to restart just the batch process - not sure.

I would report the problem, and send the log files, to C1 using a Support Case if you are not happy with simply restarting C1. For me it is not such a regular problem that it causes me concern.

    HTH.
