Metadata ID-Lens are lost during converting

Hello,

is this just a problem of mine images or are not all metadata written in the jpg files.

Example: I have Sigma 180 Makro 2.8 on my Canon. With exiftool 9.85 it shows the lens detail in raw [255] in the right way; in the jpg, this informations seems lost.
